Professional instructor Oscar Ho, a lecturer of Wine Studies at the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM), will lead the participants to taste different styles of Portuguese wine and explain the major wine manufacturing areas and grape varieties in Portugal. The IFTM Educational Restaurant will provide a variety of Portuguese snacks. Participants can experience the wonderful pairing of fine wine and food while learning about wine culture through tasting.
