Chinese-American conductor Hu Yong Yan graduated from the Julliard School of Music and almost immediately took the world of music by
storm. He is the former Music Director and Chief Conductor of the Shanghai
Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra. Tonight’s concert showcases music by Rossini
and Mozart, with the latter’s Flute Concerto in D major and “Linz”
Symphony as its spectacular finale.
