The Tap Seac Square gets dolled up to the nines to welcome an array of wonderful musical performances by the Macao Orchestra, local young musicians and local choirs celebrating the Macao Arts Festival Silver Jubilee!
Under dazzling lighting effects, they will interpret grandiose classical works such as Shostakovich’s Festive Overture, a joyful yet powerful standard work of the orchestral repertoire and Tchaikovsky‘s emblematic 1812 Overture, a festive piece with a climatic finale which was premiered in Moscow in 1882 and is a common accompaniment to fireworks displays.
