Krystian Zimerman, known as the “poet of the piano”, is currently considered one of the world’s most outstanding pianists. A disciple of piano master Arthur Rubinstein, Zimerman is one of the few musicians qualified to inherit the mantle of Rubinstein’s reputation. Co-operating with the Macao Orchestra for the first time, Zimerman performs Brahms’ magnificent Piano Concerto No. 1 under the baton of Maestro Lü Jia. A musical extravaganza not to be missed!
