This Fringe Festival continues its exchanges with festival organisers throughout the world and has invited Andy Beecroft, Marketplace Manager of the Adelaide Fringe in Australia, Hu Yin, founder of Chongqing’s Yinzi Theatre, and Jongseok Kim, Artistic Director of Seoul Street Arts Festival. No matter you are an artist or an art group manager wanting to establish international contacts, or an individual interested in art administration or festival planning, you are welcome to participate to get the first-hand information!
Fringe Exchange has also invited several local dancers active in overseas exchanges in recent years: Stella Ho, Artistic Director of Stella & Artists; Popeye Hong, founder and Artistic Director of Four Dimension Spatial; and independent dancer Tracy Wong. They will share their insights about expanding international network, which are of great reference value to art groups and artists intending to go one step further beyond

Speakers
Andy Beecroft
Andy Beecroft is the Marketplace Manager of Honey Pot, Adelaide Fringe’s internationally recognised arts marketplace. He is responsible for the management, strategic development and delivery of the programme. With over twelve years’ experience of managing industry and marketplace activity in key international festivals, he covers all activities, initiatives and matchmaking work done to help artists make deals for future programming opportunities at Adelaide Fringe.
Hu Yin
Founder of Chongqing’s Yinzi Theatre, independent producer and curator, Hu Yin is currently engaged in theatre management, curation of arts programmes and festivals, and is mainly dedicated to introducing and producing cultural exchanges and art projects targeting Asia, Europe and Australia. She has served as executive curator of the inaugural Experimental Theatre of Colleges in China Biennale, curator of the Danish Children’s Theatre Festival, the Maybe International Children’s Arts Festival, and the music section for Chongqing New Year Arts Festival.
Jongseok Kim
Artistic director of the Seoul Street Arts Festival, Kim has rich experience in curating festivals and a strong network. He was artistic director of the Ansan Street Arts Festival, and is currently teaching at the Department of Drama and Theatre, Yong In University in South Korea. The Seoul Street Arts Festival, launched in 2003, is the largest festival of its kind in South Korea, featuring high-quality street performances, both popular and sophisticated.
