Chen Sa made her name at a young age. She will perform Beethoven's piano sonatas and Schumann's piano miniatures, which represent respectively the pinnacle of solo piano repertoire in the classical and romantic periods. The audience could feel Beethoven's youthful clarity and vitality in Piano Sonatas Nos. 4 and 10, recall childhood memories through Schumann's deftly and exquisitely crafted Kinderszenen, and explore the unbound spiritual world of the romanticists following Schumann's Kreisleriana.
