Sze graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majored in harp performance with Christopher Sidenius, former principal harp of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. She then obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education by the Hong Kong Institute of Education, and a Master of Arts in Music by the Hong Kong Baptist University.

Sze has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, KBS Symphony Orchestra, China National Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Macao Orchestra, etc. She was invited to be the adjudicator for the harp contest of the Macao Young Musicians Competition and the Hong Kong International Harp Competition. She is committed to teaching harp, and currently teaches at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, The Education University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and the Music Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Hong Kong.
