Composer Luis Bacalov became well-known by writing Italian Western film music and won the Oscar for Best Score for his work on the film, The Postman. His violin concertos, carrying a strongly romantic mood and a lively dramatic sense, alongside two classic capriccios with Italian and Spanish flavours, will send audiences to a journey with the exoticism of the Mediterranean Sea.
